from Course to College

ALYSSA LIM

started competing at the young age of 8. She won her first Junior Golf Tournament trophy in March 2016 and was hooked. She continues to pick up a few titles each year. Her most memorable event was the 2024 Tiger Woods TGR Invitational at Pebble Beach where she won the qualifier with the lowest score in the history of TGR at 9 under (-9), and went on to win the TGR Match Play Championship with a 3&2.
Alyssa also competed in the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) tournaments. She started competing in AJGA in 2022, and has 11 top 10 finishes, and never missed a cut. She is ranked 36 in her class in the Rolex Junior Ranking. In December 2023, Alyssa came in 2nd at the AJGA Amundi Evian in Las Vegas Golf Club with a 72-69.  Last year, she secured a third place finish at AJGA Colorado Springs Jr scoring 69-73-74.
Her latest title came in April 2025 with a win at the Peter Hay Memorial at Pebble Beach, CA. In May, her Boys Varsity Team made it into the North Coast Section D1 Championship. The high school team was very proud to have her captain them into the championship for the very first time since the resurrection of Boys Varsity Team. Alyssa's golf game has not slowed down as she awaits her induction into her new collegiate team in the Fall of 2025.
